The aim of the project is to improve the professional development of educational practitioners by improving the competencies of Korak and other's educators who work with them. Social justice, interculturalism and human rights are especially promoted in all topics of professional development of educational practitioners.
Together with partners, the International Step by Step Association and the Pedagogical Institute from Slovenia, we will analyze the current situation of professional development of educators, develop principles of quality professional development of educational practitioners and the method of monitoring and evaluating impact, organize PIQET online and live events. we will develop a three-day training module for educators, we will write a Handbook that will contain a detailed description of examples of good practices of educators created by working within PIQET. We will share all activities at public and online conferences.
Our long-term goal is to provide support at EU and non-EU level to enhance the professional development of educators, members of the ISSA network and beyond. Therefore, ISSA, but also all partners, will invest further efforts to become key elements in growing high-quality PD educator networks across the EU.

This analysis provides a comprehensive view of the CPD landscape for CPD Educators, pinpointing challenges and proposing actionable solutions.
PIQET Principles can be used by CPD educators of any type willing to reflect on their own work and work on self-improvement, or by CPD providers, educational coordinators, or any other interested party willing to put in place internal policies of quality assurance.
